(Alliance News) - Kodal Minerals PLC on Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Mark Pensabene will step down on Thursday next week.
The mineral exploration and development company explained that Pensabene is taking up a new full-time position which does not allow him to continue in his role with Kodal.
"We would like to thank Mark for his valuable contributions to the company whilst on our board and we wish him well in his new venture," said Chair Robert Wooldridge.
Kodal shares were trading 3.7% higher in London on Wednesday at 0.07 pence each.
