LONDON (Alliance News) - Kodal Minerals PLC said Friday it expects to publish its maiden mineral resource estimate in September after noting a jump in its share price.
The stock was trading 12% higher on Friday afternoon at 0.22 pence per share. Shares were trading at 0.40p on Friday midday, which, the company said, was driven by speculation around the date of the report.
Kodal Minerals said it is awaiting certain assay results from its recent drilling programme at the Bougouni lithium project in Southern Mali and has contracted CSA Global to prepare the mineral resource estimate report.
