LONDON (Alliance News) - Wealth management group Kingswood Holdings Ltd said on Tuesday it has appointed Patrick Goulding as finance director.
Goulding will be joining from Ardmore partners, a financial consultancy he founded in 2016. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer for real estate investment trust Global Net Lease Inc for a year from 2014 to 2015. Goulding was managing director for Morgan Stanley's global real estate investment business, from 2010 to 2014.
"We are delighted that Patrick has joined the board. His considerable experience in the international financial services industry will be invaluable as we aim to grow both organically and dynamically by acquisition in the UK and US. The board looks forward to working with him," said Chairman Buzz West.
Shares in Kingswood Holdings were untraded on Tuesday in London, last quoted at 11.50 pence.
