(Alliance News) - Kin & Carta PLC on Thursday said it has completed the purchase of Portland-based transformation consultancy firm Cascade Data Labs LLC.
On Wednesday, the business consultancy firm announced the acquisition, stating it would pay an initial amount of USD6.9 million, with further USD2.2 million to be paid in June 2021 based on performance.
Commenting on the purchase, Kin & Carta said: " Cascade offers end-to-end data transformation expertise across all of the interrelated disciplines required to drive business value, including data integration, data governance, data engineering, data science and data visualisation. The acquisition supports the expansion of Kin and Carta's data capabilities and also supports further regional expansion into the US Pacific Northwest. "
Shares in Kin & Carta were trading 1.1% higher at 136.50 pence each on Thursday morning in London.
