LONDON (Alliance News) - Property, residential, construction and services company Kier Group PLC on Wednesday said it has secured around GBP300.0 million in new contract awards across its services and construction arms.
The group has secured two extensions to its existing contracts with Highways England, providing management and maintenance for the network, worth around GBP90.0 million. The two contracts cover road areas in Devon and Cornwall and in Cumbria and North Lancashire, it said.
Mouchel Consulting, Kier's consultancy services division, and the Kier Business Services arm, have secured a GBP40.0 million four-year deal to provide consultancy services to North Yorkshire County Council, including estates management, property projects and highways services.
Kier Business Services also has been named preferred bidder for a GBP62.0 million health support services framework by NHS Yorkshire & Humber Clinical Commissioning Group as part of a consortium. The group will provide a range of services to the group under a contract starting in March 2016.
Elsewhere, Kier's Construction division has secured over GBP100.0 million in new contracts, including projects under its Scape minor works framework.
