LONDON (Alliance News) - Kibo Mining PLC on Wednesday said it has received positive preliminary results from an airborne survey conducted at the Haneti nickel project in central Tanzania.
The survey confirmed the continuity of the strike length at the site and identified a number of other areas to be targeted in future exploration work.
"We are extremely pleased with the results emerging from this geophysical interpretation, which significantly enhanced our understanding of the geological structure of the Haneti project at minimal cost," said Louis Coetzee, Kibo's chief executive.
Shares in Kibo were down 4.4% to 3.94 pence on Wednesday.
