(Alliance News) - Numis Securities Ltd on Tuesday said PEQ Holdings Ltd intends to sell up to 3.0 million shares in London-based video game services provider Keywords Studios PLC through an accelerated bookbuild.
PEQ Holdings is the holding company for Keywords's founders, led by Non-Executive Director Giorgio Guastalla, and the shares being sold reflects 4.0% of the company's entire issued share capital.
Numis Securities is acting as the sole bookrunner, and will agree the final number of shares to be placed, as well as the price alongside the selling shareholders.
Keywords Studios will not gain any proceeds from the placing.
Shares in Keywords Studios closed 0.7% lower at 2,948.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
