(Alliance News) - Keywords Studios PLC on Monday said it has appointed Rentokil Initial PLC's financial controller & treasurer as its new chief financial officer.
Shares in Keywords were down 3.9% at 1,549.68 pence in early morning trade. Keywords has a GBP999.2M market capitalisation, compared to Rentokil's GBP7.23 billion. Rentokil shares were up 0.4% at 391.22p.
Jon Hauck will join Keywords, a technical services provider to the video games industry, by November 1 at the latest. He has been FTSE 100-listed pest control firm Rentokil's chief financial controller and treasurer since 2015, having joined in 2008.
Hauck will replace Keywords' current CFO, David Broderick, who will be standing down and leaving the company "for personal reasons". He will remain in his role and as a board member "to ensure an orderly transition".
