(Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC on Thursday declared a third interim dividend in lieu of a final dividend for its financial year, as well as a special dividend.
The third interim dividend for the year ended 30 September 2019 is 20p per ordinary share, giving a total ordinary dividend for the year of 56p per share.
In addition, the company declared a special dividend of 3.67p per share, to pass on to shareholders the one-off special dividends received by the company in the year.
Both dividends will be paid on December 20 to shareholders on the register on November 29 with the shares marked ex-dividend on November 28.
In May 2019 Keystone Investments moved from semi-annual to quarterly dividends "in order to provide shareholders with a more attractive flow of income".
Keystone Investments shares were up 0.6% in 1,615.00 pence each in London on Friday.
