Keystone Investment Chairman Hollond Steps Down, Karen Brade Replaces

LONDON (Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC said Monday Non-Executive Director Karen Brade will succeed Beatrice Hollond, who intends to step down in January and has served as board chair since December 2010.

Brade, currently serves as a chairman of Aberdeen Japan Investment Trust PLC, will become Keystone Investment chairman following the company's annual general meeting in January next year.

In addition to her chairmanship at Aberdeen Japan, Brade is also a non-executive director at Augmentum Fintech PLC and Crown Place VCT PLC.

Shares in Keystone were down 0.2% at 1,656.50 pence each on Monday.
