LONDON (Alliance News) - Keras Resources PLC on Thursday said it has begun milling the first 10,000 tonne batch of gold ore from the Wycheproof deposit.
The Australian gold miner said the milling was taking place at the Lakewood mill, which is owned by Golden Mile Milling (Pty) Ltd and located on the outskirts of Kalgoorie, Western Australia.
The Wycheproof deposit is 50 kilometres north-east of Kalgoorie in the Western Australian goldfields, where Keras Resources has a 50:50 profit share agreement to mine the deposit.
Shares in Keras were up 2.7% at 0.719 pence on Thursday morning.
