LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed engineering company Keller Group PLC on Monday said it has won a contract to work on the construction of the Koralm railway line between Graz and Klagenfurt in southern Austria.
The value of the work awarded to Keller is EUR31.2 million and will involve jet grouting, bored piling and anchor works as part of the soil preparation work being undertaken for the project.
It will start in the second quarter of 2015 and is set to run for around two years, Keller said.
"I am delighted to announce another major project for Keller in connection with an important infrastructure investment. This contract win, which involves a number of different products and requires significant specialist skills, is a testament to the technical excellence of Keller's market leading business in Austria," said Keller Chief Executive Justin Atkinson.
