Keith Mansfield To Join Tarsus Group Board As Tim Haywood Steps Down

9th May 2018 12:24

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tarsus Group, the business-to-business events company, announced on Wednesday that it has appointed Keith Mansfield to its board as a non-executive director.

Mansfield will be made a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Disclosure Committees. Mansfield also will succeed Tim Haywood as chairman of the Audit Committee following Tarsus' upcoming annual general meeting on June 21.

Mansfield is a chartered accountant and will be stepping down from his 22-year partnership and position as regional chairman at PricewaterhouseCoopers at the end of 2018.

Mansfield's predecessor, Haywood, will step down as both Audit Committee chairman and non-executive director after four years on the Tarsus board.

Back in February, Tarsus reported a "landmark" year in 2017 with a pretax profit of GBP27.9 million, more than three times its GBP8.6 million profit in 2016.

On Wednesday, Tarsus shares were down 0.9% to 299.36 pence per share.
