LONDON (Alliance News) - Kape Technologies PLC said Tuesday it bought cybersecurity software as a service firm Netural Holdings Ltd, trading as Intego, for USD16.0 million from Bessemer Venture Partners.
Intego provides malware protection, firewall, anti-spam, backup and data protection for Apple Mac and IOS.
The company expects the acquisition, completed via cash from its internal resources, to be earnings enhancing from the current financial year.
In 2017, Intego generated profit before tax of USD1.4 million.
Kape shares were trading up 3.1% at 115.00 pence each.
