LONDON (Alliance News) - Kalibrate Technologies PLC said Friday it has appointed Gregg Budoi as its chief financial officer, succeeding Brad Ormsby, who has resigned but will remain with the company for a transition period.
Budoi previously held the position of chief executive officer at EZ Energy USA Inc, which he co-founded in 2008. Prior to this he held positions at Barnes Wendling Corporate Finance, and Dairy Mart Convenience Stores Inc.
Budoi will be based at Kalibrate's North American office in Cleveland, and Kalibrate said he will take on a "new, enlarged role" encompassing finance, human resource, merger and acquisition and business development activities for the company.
Shares in Kalibrate are untraded early Friday; it last closed at 108.00 pence.
