LONDON (Alliance News) - K3 Business Technology PLC on Tuesday said Robert Price has been appointed its chief financial officer with immediate effect, its second key executive appointment in less than a month.
The company, which provides software and cloud services to retail, manufacturing and distribution sector clients, said Price will take over from Brian Davis, who leaves with immediate effect.
Price joins from Orwell Group Holdings, a financial technology start-up where he was CFO, prior to which he was the CFO and chief operating officer at Enotria Wine Group Ltd, a wine distributor.
His appointment comes after K3 had appointed Adalsteinn Valdimarsson as its new chief executive in September, a position he took up on October 1. His appointment allowed David Bolton to move from K3's CEO to its executive chairman.
Shares in K3 were down 1.1% to 352.00 pence on Tuesday.
