(Alliance News) - Takeaway food platform operator Just Eat PLC on Friday said Andrew Griffith is to step down as senior non-executive director with immediate effect.
This comes following his appointment as chief business advisor to new UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Chair Mike Evans said: "I want to thank Andrew for his service to Just Eat over the past five years. During a period of significant growth and change, he has always provided wise counsel to the board and management, particularly his contribution as interim chairman. I wish him well in his new role."
Non-Executive Director Gwyn Burr will become senior independent director.
Just Eat shares were 1.1% higher on Friday afternoon at 2,040.00 pence each.
