LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter Energy Ltd said Tuesday that the representative of its largest shareholder, Waterford Petroleum Ltd, Non-Executive Director Alastair Beardsall has retired from the board with immediate effect.
Beardsall has retired for personal reasons, the company said.
Waterford Petroleum holds a 29.5% stake in Jupiter Energy.
Jupiter said it is reviewing the composition of its board and will update shareholders in due course. Shares in Jupiter were untraded Tuesday, having last traded at 9.59 pence.
