LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC said Friday that Jupiter Asset Management Ltd had decreased its stake in the wealth and asset management consultancy to below 5% after a transaction on Wednesday.
Prior to the transaction, Jupiter Asset Management held a 5.0% stake in the company.
Shares in Alpha Financial Markets Consulting were down 0.2% at 206.60 pence per share on Friday.
