LONDON (Alliance News) - Jubilee Platinum PLC on Thursday said it has increased overall capacity at the ASA tailing facility at the Dilokong chrome mine in South Africa.
Jubilee said it has increased overall processing potential to 75,000 tonnes per month, having added an additional 50,000.
The group said the new capacity should provide scope for additional imported third-party materials, which should boost Jubilee's financial results.
"I am very pleased with the commissioning and ramp up of our ASA tailings project. The increased throughput reflects the experience and training of our project and operational team and I look forward to even more increases," said Chief Executive Leon Coetzer.
Shares in Jubilee were up 3.5% to 2.95 pence.
