(Alliance News) - JPMorgan Japan Smaller Companies said Monday that Alexa Henderson has succeeded Robert White as chair.
Henderson has also been appointed as chair of the nomination committee following White's retirement as a director of the company.
Martin Shenfield and Tom Walker have been appointed as directors of the company effective immediately. Walker has additionally assumed the role of chair of the audit committee.
Shares in JPMorgan Japan Smaller Cos were up 1.0% higher on Monday afternoon at 412.60 pence each.
