LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan Japan Smaller Co Trust PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Martin Shenfield and Tom Walker as non-executive directors of the company with effect from July 29, after the firm's annual general meeting.
Shenfield has over 35 years' experience in the asset management industry including the managing of both institutional and retail funds and overseeing global asset allocation, the company explained.
Walker instead was, until recently, a portfolio manager at Martin Currie Investment Management Ltd where latterly he headed their Global Long Term Unconstrained equity team.
Shares in the trust were trading down 0.1% at 387.12 pence each.
