JPMorgan Chase Reduces RSA Insurance Interest Below Threshold (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - RSA Insurance Group PLC said on Wednesday JPMorgan Chase & Co reduced its holding in the company to below the notifiable level.

Prior to the transaction last Wednesday, the trust held a 5.0% interest in the insurance company.

Shares in RSA Insurance were up 0.3% at 630.60 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
