(Alliance News) - Media firm Future PLC on Friday said JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc has reduced its stake in the company below the minimum threshold.
Prior to the deal on Wednesday, Future's stake was 5.1%. With a market capitalisation of around GBP814.1 million, that 5.1% holding would have been worth GBP41.5 million.
At the start of July, the firm said results for its year ending September would beat expectations after strong trading in the first half.
Shares were up 0.7% on Friday afternoon at 997.00 pence each. A year ago, they were at 276.20p.
