LONDON (Alliance News) - JP Morgan Private Equity Ltd Monday said that its has sold its interests in Parallel Ventures Ltd Partnership and Parallel Private Equity Ltd Partnership at a 3.75% discount to their book value at the end of May.
The Parallel portfolio is comprised of European middle-market co-investments with 2007 and 2008 vintage years.
JP Morgan Private Equity said the deal will generate about USD36.1 million in cash and will also release the company from about USD10.6 million in unfunded commitments.
