5th May 2016 07:58

LONDON (Alliance News) - Textile services company Johnson Service Group PLC on Thursday said it is trading in line with its expectations in 2016 and is confident on the full year ahead.

Johnson Service Chairman Paul Moody, in a statement to be given at the company's annual general meeting, said the group has been boosted by the acquisitions of Portgrade Ltd and Chester Laundry Ltd, with the integration of the businesses underway and on track.

"We remain confident in the prospects for the full year and in the longer-term outlook for the group," Moody will say.

Johnson Service shares were up 1.1% to 93.00 pence Thursday.
