LONDON (Alliance News) - Johnson Service Group PLC Friday said that non-executive Director Paul Moody will succeed John Talbot as Chairman when the latter steps down May 1.
Talbot is executive chairman, while former Britvic PLC Chief Executive Moody will be non-executive chairman.
"During his time with the group Paul has gained considerable knowledge of the Textile Services business and, as a member of the Board, has been closely involved in the development of the strategy to focus resources on building our presence in this sector," the company said in a statement.
"Until his retirement in February 2013 Paul was CEO of Britvic plc, where he led the business through a period of significant growth delivered though a combination of domestic organic growth, geographical expansion and acquisition," it added.
