LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil services company John Wood Group PLC on Tuesday said it has won an engineering and procurement services contract for the Peregrino field, run by Norway's Statoil ASA.
John Wood's Wood Group Mustang unit will handle engineering work on wellhead C at the project, which is located offshore Brazil. No financial details were disclosed, but John Wood said it was a "multimillion dollar" contract.
"Wood Group Mustang's proven ability to deliver cost-effective and efficient solutions was a key enabler to obtaining the contract," said Michele McNichol, chief executive of Wood Group Mustang.
