LONDON (Alliance News) - John Wood Group PLC on Tuesday said its Wood Group PSN business has won a five-year contract from fellow UK-listed oil and gas company EnQuest PLC for the Thistle, Heather and Northern Producer assets in the North Sea.
The FTSE 250-listed oil services company said it will provide engineering, design, construction, procurement and commissioning services to EnQuest on the projects.
It did not provide any financial details on the deal but said it includes an option to be extended for a further five years.
"The collaborative approach we are taking with EnQuest and our ability to deliver cost efficiencies together in the provision of services to the Thistle, Heather and Northern Producer assets has secured us this contract, which extends an agreement in place since 2009," said Wood Group PSN Chief Executive Dave Stewart.
