LONDON (Alliance News) - John Wood Group PLC on Thursday said Adrian Marsh will join the company as non-executive director following the company's annual general meeting to be held on May 10.
Marsh is currently group finance director of packaging business DS Smith PLC, a position he has held since September 2013.
He was previously head of Tax, Treasury and Corporate Finance at Tesco PLC and has also held divisional CFO positions at both AstraZeneca PLC and Pilkington PLC.
John Wood shares were trading 2.5% lower at 511.00 pence each on Thursday around midday.
