LONDON (Alliance News) - John Menzies PLC said Monday that it is conducting a detailed review of its senior management structure and that its search for a new Chief Executive Officer continues.
The aviation services and print media distribution company said it would update the market upon conclusion of the review process.
The company also said that Managing Director of Menzies Aviation, Craig Smyth, has resigned from the role.
In May the company maintained its outlook for the full-year, but said the year will be more weighted to the second-half as trading through the end of April was behind the same period the year before; due to the mild winter, its de-icing activities were down during the start of the year. Meanwhile, start-up costs for recently won contracts were higher than the previous year, it said.
Shares in John Menzies were trading 0.38% higher at 658.00 pence per share Monday morning.
