LONDON (Alliance News) - Support services group John Menzies PLC on Wednesday said Iain Napier will retire as its chairman after eight years at the helm.
Napier will leave after the company's annual general meeting on Friday.
Dermot Jenkinson, currently a non-executive director, will become interim chairman and will run the process to appoint a permanent successor to Napier.
John Menzies shares were up 3.1% to 513.50 pence early Wednesday.
