LONDON (Alliance News) - John Laing Environmental Assets Group Ltd said on Friday its pension trust is going to sell its entire stake in the company.
John Laing Pension Trust Ltd plans to dispose of 22.0 million shares, at an unspecified price. A bookbuild will be run by Winterflood Securities Ltd, closing at 1300 GMT on Wednesday next week.
With John Laing Environmental shares down 1.8% Friday at 111 pence each, the shares are worth approximately GBP24.4 million at that price and represent a 4.4% stake in John Laing Environmental.
