LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialty chemicals company Essentra PLC on Wednesday said its chairman will retire in 2016 and it already has picked his replacement.
Jeff Harris will retire after a decade with the company, upon Essentra's annual general meeting in April 2016.
He will be replaced by Paul Lester, currently the chairman of John Laing Infrastructure Fund Ltd, the FTSE 250-listed infrastructure investment company, and of Greenergy, the privately-owned petrol and fuel distribution group.
Essentra shares were up 1.4% to 837.00 pence.
