LONDON (Alliance News) - John Laing Infrastructure Fund Ltd on Monday said it has seen solid growth its portfolio value in the year to date and said its net asset value per share was slightly lower due to dividend payouts.

The infrastructure investment fund said its actual portfolio value growth in the year to date, up to November 6, was 6.0%, up to GBP876.6 million. The group's net asset value at the end of September was GBP887.2 million, it said.

It has paid a dividend of 3.375 pence per share for the first half of 2015, meaning its net asset value per share fell to 105.9 pence after the dividend payout.

"The board is pleased with the performance of the portfolio in the third quarter of 2015. JLIF continues to maintain its pricing discipline when pursuing new investments and continues to actively seek new opportunities in the UK and overseas," said Chairman Paul Lester.
