JH Lane Holdings Now Has 21% Interest In EF Realisation (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - EF Realisation Company Ltd said on Monday JH Lane Holdings GP LLC now holds a 21% interest in the company after a transaction last Tuesday.

Prior to that, JH Lane's stake was undisclosed. Its new holding represents 8.4 million EF Realisation shares.

EF Realisation shares were down 2.9% at 36.50 pence per share on Monday.
