LONDON (Alliance News) - OneSavings Bank PLC shares were trading down on Tuesday morning after private equity firm JC Flowers & Co LLC sold a 6.5% stake in the company.
JC Flowers sold 15.7 million shares in the lender, according to Barclays Bank PLC, which conducted the accelerated bookbuild overnight.
The pricing of the sale was not disclosed.
NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd was financial adviser to JC Flowers.
Separately, 3.1 million shares, equivalent to a 1.3% stake in OneSavings, have been distributed to investors in JC Flowers funds.
OneSavings Bank shares were down 3.3% at 300.75 pence on Tuesday morning.
