Japan Residential Occupancy Improves In February

LONDON (Alliance News) - Japan Residential Investment Company Ltd Tuesday said its portfolio occupancy rate improved between the end of January and the end of February.

The company, which invests in residential property in Japan, said its portfolio occupancy rate was 94.9% at the end of February, down 0.9% from the same date one year earlier. However, its portfolio occupancy rate was 94.1% at the end of January 2015. Portfolio occupancy rate was 94.4% at the end of December 2014, 95.1% at the end of November, and 95.4% at the end of October that year.

Japan Residential shares were up by 2.7% at 58.77 pence in late morning on Tuesday.
