LONDON (Alliance News) - Japan Residential Investment Company Ltd Friday said the occupancy rate of its portfolio at the end of February stood at 95.8%, while the average occupancy for the year to February 28 stood at 95.5%.
Recently the firm acquired six residential apartment buildings from an unnamed firm in a deal worth GBP43.6 million.
The stock was trading at 58.50 pence Friday morning, down 1.25 pence or 2.1%.
