LONDON (Alliance News) - Japan Residential Investment Company Ltd Monday said its fund portfolio occupancy rate was 95.0% at the end of August.
In a statement, the closed-ended Guernsey-registered company, which was established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan, said average occupancy rate at the end of August was in line with that for the 12 months to that point, also 95.0%.
Japan Residential Investment Company shares were Monday quoted up 1.1% at 57.38 pence.
