LONDON (Alliance News) - Japan Residential Investment Company Ltd on Wednesday said the occupancy rate of its portfolio was up.
On September 30, the portfolio occupancy rate was 96.3%, up 1.2% from the same date one year prior.
Average occupancy for the 12 months ended September 30 was 95.2%.
Shares in the company were down 0.9% at 52.50 pence on Wednesday.
