LONDON (Alliance News) - Japan Residential Investment Company Ltd Thursday said its occupancy rate was 95.5% August 31, up 1% from a year earlier.
Average occupancy for the first nine months of the current financial year increased to 95.7% from 95.0%, it said. Average occupancy for the 12 months ended August 31 increased to 95.7%, from 94.8% for the previous 12 months.
Japan Residential shares last traded at 67.5 pence.
