LONDON (Alliance News) - Japan Residential Investment Co Ltd, a closed-ended Guernsey registered company established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan, Wednesday said its portfolio occupancy rate was 95.1% at the end of September - a slight increase from 95.0% at the end of August.
According to the company, average occupancy for the 12 months ended September 30 was 94.9%. Average occupancy for the 12 months ended August 31 was 95.0%.
Japan Residential Investment Co shares were Wednesday quoted down 1.8% at 56.00 pence.
