Janus Henderson Increases Cairn Energy Interest To 5.1% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cairn Energy PLC said Monday that Janus Henderson Group PLC has raised its holding in the company to 5.1%, having previously held below 5.0%.

Following the transaction on Wednesday last week, Janus Henderson holds 29.5 million Cairn shares, which were up 5.4% on Monday at 207.00 pence each.

Cairn will be releasing results for 2017 on Tuesday.
