LONDON (Alliance News) - Miner Cradle Arc PLC said Friday it has appointed James Turnbull to its board, as two other non-executive directors stepped down.
Turnbull, a lawyer who has worked with Linklaters, Credit Suisse, and Merrill Lynch, will join Cradle Arc immediately.
Both Michael Golding and Oscar Kirkovits will be leaving Cradle Arc's board, likewise with immediate effect.
Chief Executive Kevin van Wouw said: "We are delighted to welcome James to the board of Cradle Arc, bringing his legal, compliance and corporate finance skill-set and experience and thereby rounding out and complementing the board's existing financial and technical knowledge base."
"We firmly believe James will provide valuable assistance with the company's future development, particularly as we undertake and complete the current remedial actions at the processing plant and focus on commercial growth," van Wouw added.
"We would like to acknowledge our appreciation of the services of both Oscar and Michael and their valuable contributions, and wish them all the best with their future endeavours."
Shares were 4.2% higher on Friday at a price of 0.99 pence each.
