James Halstead Confirms Possible Offer For Flooring Firm Airea

LONDON (Alliance News) - Flooring company James Halstead PLC said Wednesday it is "at the very early stages" of evaluating a possible offer for specialist flooring firm Airea PLC.

The company made the announcement in response to Airea share price movement on Wednesday, with shares closing up 15% at 50.00 pence.

James Halstead shares were up 0.5% at the close on Wednesday at 398.00p.
