LONDON (Alliance News) - Paper products manufacturer James Cropper PLC said Wednesday that Andrew Hosty will join as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Hosty has been an acting consultant to the board since November 2017. He is currently a non-executive director at RHI Magnesita PLC, Rights & Issues Investment Trust PLC and Consort Medical PLC.
Shares in James Cropper were down 1.6% at 1,611.25 pence each on Wednesday.
