LONDON (Alliance News) - James Cropper PLC said Thursday it has appointed Isabelle Maddock as Group Finance Director, effective July 31, 2014.
Maddock takes on the role from current Finance Director, John Denman, who is retiring after 19 years with the company at its annual general meeting on July 30, 2014.
Maddock currently serves as Head of Finance, a role she has held since September 2013. She joined the company in 2006 as Group Financial Controller and holds 9,097 ordinary shares in the company, representing approximately 0.001% of the issued share capital.
Shares in James Cropper were Thursday quoted 380.5 pence per share, untraded.
