Jackpotjoy Issues 56,499 Shares After Intertain Group Converts Loan (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Jackpotjoy PLC said Friday it issued 56,499 shares after the exercise of convertible loan notes held by Intertain Group Ltd on Wednesday.

After admission - expected next Wednesday - Jackpotjoy will have 74.1 million shares outstanding.

Shares in Jackpotjoy closed 0.9% lower at 805.00 pence on Friday.
