(Alliance News) - J Sainsbury PLC said Wednesday that Matt Brittin and Jean Tomlin will step down as non-executive directors next year.
The company said the dates of their resignation is yet to be confirmed, and Sainbury's is already searching for replacements for both Brittin and Tomlin.
Brittin, who has been on the board of the company for nine years, "will be leaving his position in line with good corporate governance", Sainsbury's said.
Meanwhile Tomlin, who's been on the board for almost seven years, has decided to step down for personal reasons, the company noted.
Sainsbury's shares were down 3.6% in London at 203.30 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
